The following form must be downloaded and sent with shipment as it contains necessary information for my records. Please click on the button to access the file.
If you are unable to download, please let me know and I will email the file to you.
To save on shipping costs, you are welcome to drop off skulls by appointment.
Skulls must be drained of all excess moisture, then well frozen. Package skulls by placing them in sealed plastic bags. Two bags, one inside the other. Pack in slightly oversized box with generous amounts of tightly crumpled newspaper. Ship specimens early in the week to assure arrival before the weekend. Mark "perishable" and "taxidermy items" on the box.
You must contact me before any shipment is made. In addition, a 50% deposit of total cost must be made at or before the time of shipping to me.
