I will not work on badly decomposing skulls.
If a skull is not received in reasonably fresh condition, it will be returned. A $5.00 surcharge plus the shipping /handling fee as outlined on my shipping page will be deducted from your deposit.
I am not a taxidermist. Services are limited to cleaning and whitening of skulls. Pennsylvania state law dictates that I am not legally permitted to mount skulls to plaques or provide for any other type of presentation as doing so is considered taxidermy, as outlined here.
Please take note..Due to storage limitations, antlered skulls will be cleaned on a scheduled basis. Please keep skulls frozen while awaiting your scheduled time. Also, antlered skulls are only accepted from certain states outside Pennsylvania, please contact me for a current list.
Young and very old specimens do not always achieve the best results due to the quality of the bones.
I will not be responsible for tool marks on the skull that occur prior to my reciept of the skull.
Any notable damage to the skull found upon it's arrival will be noted and you will be notified of such before work begins. A damaged skull may result in a 15% increase in cost. If your skull has damage that you are aware of, notify me for an updated price quote upfront if necessary.
